THEY WERE PLACED BRAND NEW IN STORAGE IN THE EARLY 50'S AND NOT SEEN FOR 45 YEARS UNTIL FOUND BY OUR BUYER.These wonderful calls were designed and hand-crafted from 1945 to 1947 by world-famous decoy and call-maker Gerald "Gerry" Mastin in his Portland, Oregon work-shop.  These calls were handcrafted circa 1945-47. These are the original Mastin calls. Tone-Tested. Mssngr finds miraculous cache of Gerald "Gerry" Mastin 50 Year Old Brant & Goose Calls in Portland, Oregon. "Gerry" Mastin is featured prominently in both " The Great Book of Wildfowl Decoys " & " Wildfowl Decoys of the Pacific ". These wonderful calls were designed and hand-crafted from 1945 to 1947 by world-famous decoy and call-maker Gerald "Gerry" Mastin in his Portland, Oregon work-shop. They are tone-tested, and we have included the original text and diagram to insure your success in replicating authentic calls. With a little experimentation you will find that many timbres of calls can be coaxed from this instrument. These calls have been in storage for many years, but now the entire remnants of the collection are available and will be available to market. We urge all serious collectors to respond as soon as possible, as numbers are limited. We believe this to be the only BRANT call ever available of North American manufacture in the United States.
